Please use this form if you need to return artwork merchandise or if you have not received your order or your order contains damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Return forms need to be submitted within 30 days from item purchase date. Upon receival of this returns form we will promptly process your request.

All submitted forms will be responded to within 24-48 hours of submission with exception to holidays within 48-72 hours.

We will refund your purchase as soon as possible.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all artwork merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs plus item value insurance and shipper delivery confirmation or tracking to ensure we have received your package. Upon verifying that the returned artwork merchandise is in original condition we will issue a full refund.

All other merchandise returns for shipping costs will be reimbursed via Western Union money order to you upon receival of returned merchandise. Artwork merchandise damaged or lost in transit will be refunded in full when a damage/lost claim has been filed with selected shipping service and any return of artwork merchandise has been received. If your order has been filled incorrectly we will give you an immediate refund upon return of artwork merchandise or amend your order to the correct order. Please do not return any artwork merchandise to us until requested to do so by our service department.
