ORDERING, SHIPPING, & RETURNS INFORMATION

Order Processing & Delivery Dates
All artwork orders received will begin processing for delivery within 24-48 hours of the ordering date with exception to holidays within 48-72 hours. All artwork merchandise will be delivered within 3-10 business days from date of order.

Special Instructions
If you have an special instructions request, such as shipping directions or alternate shipping address, please include a note in the PayPal Payment pages or in the Artwork Merchandise Request form note fields.

Payment Methods:
Purchases Inside USA
We accept payment for artworks by credit card via Online pay by PayPal.com using real-time secure pay. Both TechLand Creations Fine Art Studio and PayPal.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.

Purchases Outside USA
We accept payment for artworks by money order pay via Western Union in U.S. dollars. Please use our Artwork Merchandise Order Request form to request artwork item(s). We will e-mail you with details concerning item availability, shipping availability, and shipping costs in your area.

Shipping & Handling
Please be aware that purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated by a flat rate charge based on package size and weight which includes item value insurance.

PayPal Ordering: Shipping and Handling charges appear after you "Proceed to Checkout". Upon enetering Zip Code destination, shipping charges will then be applied.

Orders will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground when possible. If confirmed shipping address is to a P.O. Box then orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail. Artwork sizes exceeding above carrier limit sizes will be shipped via Fed Ex. Outside of U.S. shipping orders will be shipped via Fed Ex.

Return Policy & Claims
If you need to return artwork merchandise or if you have not received your order or your order contains damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please use the Artwork Merchandise Returns form included with your shipment or the online Artwork Merchandise Returns form within 30 days from item purchase date. Upon receival of the returns form we will promptly process your request.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all artwork merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs plus item value insurance and shipper delivery confirmation or tracking to ensure we have received your package. Upon verifying that the returned artwork merchandise is in original condition we will issue a full refund.

All other merchandise returns for shipping costs will be reimbursed via Western Union money order to you upon receival of returned merchandise. Artwork merchandise damaged or lost in transit will be refunded in full when a damage/lost claim has been filed with selected shipping service and any return of artwork merchandise has been received. If your order has been filled incorrectly we will give you an immediate refund upon return of artwork merchandise or amend your order to the correct order. Please do not return any artwork merchandise to us until requested to do so by our service department.
